Ausaf K. Farooqi concentrates his practice in the field of estate planning.  His work in the area includes the drafting of wills, trusts, and other tools which preserve wealth, reduce costs, and avoid future conflicts.  Specifically, as needed by the client, Mr. Farooqi applies Islamic Inheritance and Death Preparation obligations into valid Illinois estate planning documents.  

Mr. Farooqi is also experienced in the areas of family and immigration law.  Mr. Farooqi has handled cases involving contested divorces, child custody issues, and immigration detention and removal defense.  Mr. Farooqi also works with families and businesses pro-actively to address family and immigration needs.

Additionally, Mr. Farooqi also practices in the areas of commercial litigation, Personal Injury, and debt collection relief.  Mr. Farooqi is an experienced community organizer and non-profit development professional.  Mr. Farooqi has given presentations and speeches on numerous topics in non-profit development, fundraising, and estate planning.
